15) Illegal or unauthorized use of MySolutionSpot.com, including collecting Member IDs and/ or e-mail addresses of members or data scraping/crawling is prohibited. You may not use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering/extraction tools on MySolutionSpot.com.
16) You agree to keep your password safe. You further agree that you will not access the site using the Member ID and password of another member. You will notify Network Solutions immediately if you believe your Member ID or password have been compromised. You are responsible for the use of your account.
17) As this Web site is a public forum, please do not post or supply any personal or proprietary information that you, your employer or a third party may wish to keep private. If you submit a posting and include the name of another person we may delete it to protect the privacy of that person.
18) We are truly devoted to keeping MySolutionsSpot.com as a Web site that reflects the changing needs of our customers and our industry. We hope that you will share your suggestions about how we can improve our service, and we welcome and appreciate your ideas. We reserve the right to use Web site comments, ideas, suggestions, products or services that are posted on this Web site without any obligation to compensate the individual or entity that provided the comment or suggestion. You agree that we may contact you by means including, but not limited to, e-mail, telephone and text message regarding our services.
19) By posting content to the Web site, you represent and warrant that you either own or control all of the rights to that content, and such content does not violate these Terms of Use. The following will lead to termination (a) breaches or violations of this Terms of Use or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (c) a request by you (self-initiated account deletions), (d) unexpected technical issues or problems, and (e) extended periods of inactivity.
26) You hereby represent and warrants that the Work is original and that you are the author of the Work; to the extent the Work incorporates text passages, figures, data or other material from the works of others, the undersigned has obtained any and all necessary permission from third parties. The “Work” or “Contribution” is defined as any content or article that you upload and/or post on the Web site.
27) You represent that you have all power and authority to make and execute this agreement and your work does not infringe any third party’s rights, and is your creation.
28) In the event the Work is not accepted and published by the Network Solutions or is withdrawn by the author(s) before acceptance by the Network Solutions, any transfer of rights shall become null and void.
29) For jointly authored Works, all joint authors should agree, or one of the authors should agree as the authorized agent for the others to this Agreement.
30) You warrant and represent that there is no pending or anticipated claims of any kind relating to the Work.
31) You further represent and warranty as the Author of the Work that:
a) The Author is the sole author and sole proprietor of all rights in and to the Contribution;
b) The Contribution is original and contains no material from other copyrighted or unpublished works unless it is used with the written consent of the copyright owner and of the owner of any other right(s) to or in such other works;
c) The Contribution does not violate or infringe any personal or property rights of others, whether common law or statutory;
d) The Contribution contains nothing libelous or contrary to law; and
e) The Author has full power and authority to enter this Agreement.
32) Network Solutions will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide appropriate attribution (the form of which is in Network Solutions’ sole discretion) for the Author's creation of the Contribution if and when the Work is distributed.
