Hi Tim,

Sorry to here that your website isn't working out for you but I am sure we can help you here on this site.  Some questions though are you managing your PPC bids by yourself or do you have a company managing this for you.  In either circumstance you might want to look in to having a firm manage your PPC for you as they will be able to maximize your ROI and make sure that you are at a set budget.  Also besides PPC have you looked into organic search engine optimization.  You really need to do both to do well on the web.

 Kelly: Thanks for the response.  I am looking for ANY kind of results.  I am looking for my commission.  I believe people have clicked on the banners off of my website and made purchases in previous years, but the purchases are not being tracked or something.  Either that or no one has ever bought anything.  I have PPC marketing with Network Solutions now.  I have had it for 5 months.  I had a SEO package for like a year before that.  I am not getting any PURCHASES.  So making money is the solution I am looking for.

 Hi Joe, thanks for the reply.  I do appreciate it.  Network Solutions is managing my PPC.  I had an SEO package where I paid monthly and that didn't work either.  I might be having a problem with the clicks not registering.  Maybe commission theft? I wish I knew...  I have had this site for 5 yrs. + and nothing has really ever worked.  I've had an average of maybe one purchase a year.  There has to be a solution.

Looking at your site - I have some tips that should definitely improve your conversion. One thing to keep in mind is you can do all of the marketing that you want and get all of the traffic, but if it is not easy to navigate your site or intuitive to purchase, then the sales just won't happen.

I will take a hard look at your site and give you some recommendations a little later today. I am certain there are some simpler things that can be done to help improve your conversion. Just think, if you have 2000 visitors coming to your site a day with a current 0% conversion rate, I think with some simple adjustments, you could bump that up to even a 0.1% conversion rate and you would get about 2 sales a day.

I will be back in a little bit with some more concrete feedback.

Hi Tim,

I visited your site and I am a bit confused about what service the site is providing.  Are you selling products or are you running an affiliate site?  If you are selling actual products on your site then I was not able to find any which would be the cause of people not purchasing from your site.  If it is an affiliate site then potential customers are probably turned away because they are expecting to find products on your site and they find themselves clicking several times to reach a banner ad that takes them to another site.  Another thing I found confusing is i navigated to "Buy Wheels/Tires" and I clicked on a wheel to puchase and was taken to the home page of another site.  As a customer that would cause me to look somewhere else to make my purchase.

If you are running an affiliate site I suggest that you be more up front about it on your home page.  For each affiliate that you are working with, I suggest you have the link or ad to their site but also a description of what each one is and why I should buy from there.

Thanks for the input.  I could put actual products on the site or I could make it an affiliate site.  I have tried both many times!!!  The affiliate way is probably easier and less time consuming.  What do you think works better?  The site is supposed to provide several choices for people to search for auto parts and accessories for their cars/truck.  I just want the site to be a portal to these online stores that offer different deals online..  The actual parts and accessories I could put on each page, but that takes forever.  I am trying to keep it as simple and unconfusing as possible.  I also have PPC right now with network solutions and the PPC department said I couldn't have a bunch of banners on every page because that would not fly with Google(they would not approve) I was told to put content and to put the pages the way you viewed the site.  If you click on any of those wheels (those 3 at the bottom of the buy Wheels/Tires page, they should take you directly to where you can buy that wheel.  I appreciate your feedback..Try checking out the site again if you can, I will change it.   Thanks...Tim t
