Do You Jott?

Are you feeling a little overwhelmed and unproductive? Feeling short on time? There's a new technology tool that can help you "stay on top of everything!" It's called Jott and the main feature is your voice. That's right, your voice. Here are some ways Jott can help you:

1. Voice-to-Text Notes. Need to rem
ember things when you are not close to your computer? Simply call Jott, dictate your message, and Jott will transcribe your text. When you get back to your computer, your notes will be available at Jott online.

2. To Do Lists. Short on time and without pen and paper? Call Jott and say the name of your list before leaving your message. Your lists will always be available online.

3. Reminders Via E-Mail & Text Message. Jott can remind you of important dates (like anniversaries). Just call, leave your message, an
d Jott will send you an e-mail or a text message 15 minutes beforehand.

4. Group Messaging. Need to send messages to a larger group of people? Create groups for all your contacts, call Jott, say your group's name, and then leave the message you want to sent to them. Once transcribed, Jott will send your message to everyone in the group via e-mail or text message.

One more thing, Jott can interface with Outlook, iPhone, Blackberry, and iGoogle. You can even add appointments to your Google calendar and update your blog with your voice! So, how much does all this cost? Click here for all Jott price plans.

Will you Jott?

Sounds nice but how exactly does it work?

Hello again, Sian.  First, you need to create an account online at www.jott.com.  Once created, Jott essentially takes all your voice notes/messages, transcribes them to text, and then directs them to a destination you specify (e.g. your e-mail).  Jott knows to direct your messages to your account based on your caller ID.  Click here or visit http://jott.com/jott/how-it-works.html if you'd like more information.
