I'm a computer guy with a passion for planning memorable travel experiences. I've been in the travel business for 8 years after spending 30 years managing computer technology. I got into travel based on advice from a fellow fire fighter who I helped plan a large family reunion at Walt Disney World which turned out to be an absolute blast!
I handle lots of groups and also enjoy dealing with individuals and families. I'm very well versed in destinations in Mexico as well as Walt Disney World and first time cruisers. I developed a program for first time cruisers where I host bi-weekly conference calls to introduce cruising and prepare travelers for their first cruise experience. I also established incentive programs for several business who use travel awards to drive sales increases and expense reduction ideas.
I've grown my business using mostly referrals and I'm always looking for others to assist in spreading the word that I provide much more than just reservations at the speed of email. By the way I've never met over 95% of my clients. Almost all business has been accomplished using email. I respond to email within 12 hours every day!
