Re: Is there any news on when the upgrade to version 7 will be here?

 I was told in December that my store would be upgraded in the first quarter of this year, and here is is going on September and all I got was a worthless VIP tag and a broken forum link.

What is the holdup?

When will I get it?

I am about to drop network solutions honesty $100 a month for broken promises and a stupid VIP in front of my name when I log in.  NO I am sick of waiting on you.  I am already working on moving my store if I am done before you get that upgrade out I'm gone.

Unfortunately we won't be able to help you with this in this forum as we don't actually deal with Network Solutions E-commerce product.  Now if you have questions about how to grow your business now this is the place to look.

I would contact their support at 1-888-252-ECOM or checkout their forums about migrations at http://forums.monstersmallbusiness.com.  Migrations started a few months ago and depending upon what features you use they haven't been able to migrate some people to the newest version because that feature set wasn't there.

They should be able to help you out there and tell you when you will be migrating.
