Edward Earl Hampton, Jr. is Owner and President of Performance Perspectives LLC, an organizational development consulting firm.  Performance Perspectives LLC supplies individual and group/organizational behavioral profiles from Inscape Publishing, Personal Strengths Publishing, Integro Leadership Institute, and other outlets  as well as solutions for helping people and organizations achieve accelerated vision realization thru transformation resulting in improved performance and profitability.  He has been an active organizational effectiveness consultant since 1982.  He tailors assessment-based programs to help organizations, teams, and individuals attain optimal performance.  His firm specializes in strategic planning, team structuring, team coaching, change management, leadership development, assessment-based training, organizational troubleshooting, quality management, and performance coaching.  Ed also teaches for the University of Central Florida, the Duquesne School of Leadership and Professional Development, and the Florida Institute of Technology..  Ed holds a MS degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and is a graduate of the US Army’s Organizational Effectiveness School. He is a retired Lieutenant Colonel with 23 years of service culminating being awarded the Legion of Merit, one of the highest peacetime awards He resides in Florida with his wife, Marlene, owner of Oviedo Florist and Gifts.  He has a daughter, a Sarah Lawrence College graduate, and a son with a B.S. in Game Design from Full Sail University.
