After mentioning that we still had charges coming out from our old processing company to our rep on seveal occations, we now are fighting for just under $1400.00 . Im am looking to see if a current provider is responsiable for the transfer or if this is legally my responsablity. Any help would be greaty appreciated.

Ecommerce sale process credit card at time of sale or shipment?

Is there any law governing when to process a credit card to collect for a sale, at time of sale or shipment date?

Help on structuring a contract with a company in Spain?

My dad lives in Spain and just got me a marketing opportunity in Spain for one of his British speaking web hosting clients.
