Im in the process in trying to get money back from my credit card processing company. Our rep. came in my shop and said they are making some new changes within the company and acutually changed my services to a new processing company. They failed to complete the cancellation of the old processing company. After mentioning that we still had charges coming out from our old processing company to our rep on seveal occations, we now are fighting for just under $1400.00 . Im am looking to see if a current provider is responsiable for the transfer or if this is legally my responsablity. Any help would be greaty appreciated.
