Sorry to be a pest on the questions, but I m working on another project for a large proffessional association.

Can anyone help me find estimates on the cost of outsourcing their staff to a PEO? This is a pilot that could have anywhere from 5 to 500 employees. A contract is a distinct possibililty.

It seems like a PEO costs about 4-8% of payroll.

I'd like to narrow this down, to figure out what my client should be targetting in terms of costs...and get any recommedations on PEOs to consider - based on your experience.
