With over 30 years of experience in Human Resources in various industries and cultural settings, Victoria brings a breadth of knowledge and understanding to every consulting opportunity. Having negotiated over 80 labor agreements in her career, built effective management teams using the Birkman Assessment questionnaire, investigated and mitigated varous employment claims from Harassment to Age, Race, Gender, National Origin and other protected classes; Vicky provides her clients with sound human resources guidance to reduce or eliminate litigation costs and disruption.
On the horizon in employment law is the Employee Free Choice Act or EFCA, which is being advertised nation wide on such networks as CNN. President Obama has pledged to sign into law an EFCA bill once it is passed by the Senate, the ramifications of such a bill will be tremendous to employers of all sizes. Vicky's many years of labor relations experience and her knowledge of the precepts of the Employee Free Choice Act along with her team building, Birkman Assessments and management coaching will provide employers effective measures in remaining "union free".
